Ordering

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days* using a 24-48hr service, however at busy times there may be a longer lead time. Should you require your delivery on a specific day please contact us in advance or add a note to your order to ensure it’s possible. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your expected delivery day and your tracking information, subject to stock availability. Substitutions will be made if we have sold out of your chosen item, please advise if you would prefer to receive a refund in the event of an item being unavailable.

We dispatch non-perishable items Monday to Thursday. Orders which include perishable items are dispatched Monday to Wednesday, any orders that are received after 3pm on Tuesday with perishable items will be dispatched the following Monday.

Last day to place an order for delivery before Christmas and New Year is FRIDAY 16TH

Orders made between Saturday 17th – Tuesday 27th December will be dispatched on Wednesday 28th December (please note we cannot guarantee delivery in time for NYE).

Orders between 28th December – 3rd January will be dispatched on Wednesday 4th January.

Delivery

We use a courier service to send your goods to you.

For mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands we operate a 48 hour delivery service although deliveries can often arrive within 24 hours.

For the Scottish Highlands, and non Mainland UK, it is a minimum two-day service. (Please note that in these areas delivery can take longer than the 48 hours, therefore we would suggest that customers choose from our non-perishable selections as we cannot guarantee that our refrigerated products would still be in optimum condition upon delivery).

Notice of damage to any goods received must be emailed through to websales@ultracomida.co.uk along with photos of damage to the outside packaging AND any damage to products for us to be able to investigate the matter.

You can find all of our prices in the table below. Please note that these prices are subject to change based on your location and the nature of your order.

Our service does not require a signature to acknowledge delivery. A box is provided during the checkout process where you can tell us where to leave the goods if no-one is in at the time of delivery. If this information has not been provided, and the driver is unable to deliver the goods, or if anything happens to the goods in the time it takes you to collect them from your safe place, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the goods.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address details are correct and that you have provided the correct postcode.

We offer free delivery on orders of £125 or above for Mainland Wales, England and the Scottish Lowlands. The total price excludes any offers, vouchers or promotions.

Maximum delivery weight is 30kg.
