This wine is manually harvested at the optimum time of phenolic maturation of each variety.

This wine has an intense cherry colour, it’s nright and elegant with a lot of colour intensity. It has a complex form of aroma with liquorice, jam, rose, plums, rasberry and orange with hints of under forest. The fresh acidity of this wine combines with the well polished tannins. With a balanaces structure and well integrated taste of the sweet wood this wine really gives an essence of the territory.
