    On the nose: smooth citrus, notes of the sea fresh wild herbs pear and red apple

     

    On the palate: complex, crunchy, long and fresh persistent finish. Body is full and unctuous from the time on lees, giving notes of brioche and almonds. Presence of smooth citrus with a marked salinity and gentle effervescence on the finish.
