On the nose: stone fruits, green apple with citrus on  a background notes of rich, buttery brioche.

On the palate: medium bodied cava with delicate yet lively bubbles. Fresh green apple, with accompanying notes of oily citrus and buttery brioche. Despite the long ageing process this cava has undergone, it still retains a fruity acidity and freshness that make for a crisp finish.
