On the nose: apple flesh, stone fruits, almonds with mineral and honied notes.

On the palate: off-dry, clean white with plenty of acidity to keep it lively and fresh. There is a hint of pungency from the Flor and in the mouth it has apple, peach stones and traces of honey mingling with the minerality. A fantastic wine to pair with food, especially cured meats and cheeses.
