    On the nose: green apple, pear, dry grass and some salinity towards the end.

     

    On the palate: A delicious and fresh white wine that is full of mellow apple and some lush tropical notes. There are some yeasty and saline notes that nod towards the dry sherries of the region and is a perfect pre-dinner drink.
