Mas Foraster is a family run, organic viticulture that champions local varieties of grape such as Trepat and Macabeo that has a long and sometimes challenging history. The first documented vineyards of the estate date back to 1828 and have remained in the family to this day.
This wine is cold fermented with a light extraction before it is then stored in steel tanks to preserve its fruitiness. This wine has been descried as a fun wine to be drunk in the summer. The aroma and taste are characterised by red berries and slightly wild herbs. A fresh easy drinking red wine.
