On the nose: quince jelly, fresh orange and aromatic herbs with explosions of toffee and salter butter on the exit.

On the palate: well balanced acidity, notes of grapefruit and rosemary with a subtle salinity. A buttery, round body and long a complex finish, with rich flavours of the oak influence that develop in the glass.
