Alicante is one of the oldest DOs in Spain, and wine has been made in this area for over 4,500 years. Founded in the late 1970s, this 20 hectare Mediterranean coast bodega adheres to environmentally friendly production techniques: no insecticides or herbicides are used on their vines, and their soil is nourished by compost from their own cattle.
The Mendoza Chardonnay is straw yellow in colour with golden and green shades. It has a great fruit intensity with aromas of pineapple, hazelnuts, hay and bananas. On the palate it is fresh with a good acidity; creamy, buttery flavours are mixed with a hint of spice with a long fruity finish.
