Having produced sherry for more than two and a half centuries since 1744, Delgado Zuleta is the oldest family-owned winery in the Jerez and Manzanilla districts. It is located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small coastal town at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river.
The Monteagudo Palo Cortado Sherry is very dry and complex, highlighting its breadth and persistence. It is a little softer than the Amontillado, but not as much as the Oloroso. It is a very full-bodied sherry, showing amber gold, with elegant overtones of toasted almonds and hazelnuts.
