Antonio Sanz founded his winery in January 1976, seven years before the DO Rueda was created. He began producing young fruity white wines, harvesting mainly by night; his highly regarded work has since won numerous awards, and Sanz is particularly credited for his introduction of Sauvignon blanc to the region.
The Bornos Sauvignon blanc Semi dulce, a medium sweet wine, has an attractive pale, straw-yellow colour, showing very clean and bright. On the nose it has powerful aromas of bay leaf and tropical fruit on a honey background. It is fresh, fruity and creamy on the palate, with a perfect balance between sugar and acidity.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
