On then nose: hazelnuts, walnuts and some light notes of dried fruits with wood polish and caramel.

On the palate: dry with notes of bitter nuts and some fresh yeast influences are still present. Although caramel and toasted notes from the oxidative ageing are the dominant forces in this distinct and rich finish.
