On the nose: dried figs, raisins, hazelnuts with notes of cocoa and milky coffee.

On the palate: full bodied and rich with notes of chocolate, caramel, and a long, burnt nutty finish classic of sherries that are aged in direct contact with the air, rather than under a layer of flor. A long, complex finish with a balanced acidity.
