Sierra de Toloño Santa Cruz

On the nose: black cherry, wild blackberries, fresh thyme, rosemary and wet stones.

On the palate: full bodied, fine tannins and marked acidity with floral notes the forefront. Then a juicy attack of concentrated  dark fruits with fresh jolts mineral and herbal notes, with moreish and lingering finish.
