On the nose: powerful citrus, quince and some spices such as cinnamon and cloves can clearly be recognised. In addition, complex notes such as minerals, nuts and even some saffron, commonly found natural wines.

On the palate: light bodied, with vibrant, high acidity that carries on though the fresh, persistent finish. Notes aromatic citrus and quince with some savoury touches on the background, giving this wine great depth.
