Founded in 1821 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Bodegas Barbadillo fulfills a century-old tradition as a 100% family winery producing the denominations, Jerez-Xeres-Sherry, Brandy de Jerez, Vinegar of Jerez, Wines of the Land of Cádiz and DO Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
Vermouth made primarily with chamomiles from the historic Angioletti and El Toro wine cellars, both in the Alto Sanluqueño neighborhood.
Inspired by the old reserves of Ataman: quinado wines and old vermouths that have been kept in Bodegas Barbadillo for decades.
Aromas of wormwood, quassia, bitter orange, rosemary & elderberries.
Great character and power, with a marked bitterness.
