Perez Barquero wines distinguish themselves due to the richness of their grape and the unique climate of Andalucia. The grapes are grown in the magnificent vineyards of Sierra de Montilla and Moriles Alto, where they mature to the most extraordinary quality. Once selected, the new wine is transferred to American oak barrels that previously held Amontillado and Pedro Ximenez sherries where it goes through oxidative ageing, inheriting vanilla notes as the flavour develops characteristic toasted oak and caramel. To look at this brandy is mahogany in colour. On the nose, it is intense with certain fruity aromas such as plums ans light notes of vanilla. To drink it offers a pleasant and velvety texture with a slight sweet nuance.
This range of brandy comes from the Bodegas selection of oldest reserves. It is part of a very limited production that offers a truly unique opportunity to taste one of the most exquisit wines of the country.
