A special 30 year old brandy from Torres, named after the founder of the House, Jaime Torres Vendrell. A blend of brandies from their oldest soleras, including Parellada wines originally destined for the Torres 10 aged for an extra chunk of time and a small amount of their rare 1972 Folle Blanche eaux-de-vie.
Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterises great brandies, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.
