Moscatel de la Marina.
Grape Variety: 100% Muscat of Alexandria
Region: Alicante
Producer: Bodegas Mendoza
Alicante is one of the oldest DOs in Spain, and wine has been made in this area for over 4,500 years. Founded in the late 1970s, this 20 hectare Mediterranean coast bodega adheres to environmentally friendly production techniques: no insecticides or herbicides are used on their vines, and their soil is nourished by compost from their own cattle.
The Moscatel de la Marina is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes, a variety synonymous with the “La Marina” area. On the nose, the fresh Moscatel notes combine with honey and balsamic aromas; on the palate, it is light with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity and a pleasingly long finish.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
