Pazo Pondal is a young, dynamic winery with big ambitions. Situated in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia, they are a family company cultivating 10 hectares of trellis-style vineyards planted with indigenous white Albariño grapes.

A typical Galician drink produced using traditional methods, lemon grass, lime blossom, tea, and spices are soaked in a grape liquor base. Renowned for its special digestion-aiding properties, it is lemon yellow in colour with bright golden reflections; overall it is highly aromatic, delicate and pleasingly smooth.
